We tried to answer the frequently asked questions we get regularly, please go through the question below and if you can’t find what you are looking for, you are always welcome to get in touch
If the order is placed before 2 pm we will prepare the order and hand it over to the delivery company on the same day and they will deliver it next day.
If the order is placed after 2pm the order will be handed over to delivery company next day and they will deliver it the day after.
After the order is placed, you will receive an email with detailed invoice also you will get a WhatsApp message with shipment number and contact details of delivery company customer service department which you can reach to ask about the shipment.
No worries, we offer free exchange on all orders in UAE, just get in touch on any contact way you prefer (email, phone, WhatsApp, social channels) let us know your order number and what size you want in replacement.
We will send the new piece with the delivery company in 2 days and collect the one you have.
** The product you want to replace must be in a perfect condition with the original tag.
